We are a vibrant team. If we were a dish, it would be rich with all tastes: sweet, bitter, salty, and sour. We are an umami team, one could say. We have different expertise, skills, and backgrounds. But we all share one same dream: the dream to drive Systemic Change. We believe in the same thing and are working to reach the same goal. That is why we are here together.

Fah has 10 years of experience working in Social Development. Across international and local organizations, she has worked with All Together in Dignity (ATD) Fourth World, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Thai Social Enterprise Office (TSEO), and King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT Hatch). Since graduating with a degree in Development Studies from the Institute of Development Studies (UK), all paths in life have led Fah to co-found RISE IMPACT, where she can now utilize her skills, good will, and experience to pursue social change.

May’s interests lie around sustainable development. For as long as she can remember, her interests have kept expanding. She studied Anthropology and Sociology for her bachelor’s degree, and experienced working as a policy analyst both in government agencies and international organizations. Her various experiences finally guided her to the notion of the ‘Innovation and Social Entrepreneur’, an idea which has surrounded her for the past 10 years. She worked with ‘ChiangMai-Iam’, an urban innovative development project, Thai Social Enterprise Office (TSEO), and managed the KMUTT Hatch program for King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi. Now, May has co-founded RISE IMPACT, following her passion to make social change.

Chulee earned her Master’s Degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Thammasat University. Her interests lie around creativity, business, and innovation. Her life, too, orbits around the issues. Before co-founding RISE IMPACT, she worked in Social Development and Startup circles for more than 5 years. Chulee worked with Thai Social Enterprise Office (TSEO) in the Social Business Incubation Unit, with King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi’s KMUTT Hatch incubation program, and at the IKEA Bootcamp 2017, a startup accelerator in Sweden. She was also selected as a Thai delegate to the Swedish Institute Management Program 2019 which helped a great deal in her leadership and sustainable development skills.

After graduating from the Faculty of Architecture, Chulalongkorn University, Boat’s first job was in the Social Marketing Unit and Social Design Studio at Thai Social Enterprise Office (TSEO). He executed marketing plans and oversaw Social Design for social enterprises. As it allowed him to use his skills to support his passion for social enterprise, the role at TSEO back then was Boat’s dream job. He then continued his works as a Program Facilitator with Ashoka Foundation, an organization that facilitates social change through innovation, where he led many workshops for partners such as King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi’s KMUTT Hatch, Silpakorn University, and Thammasat University’s GLab.
